‘Recommend a Friend’ Full Terms and Conditions:

- The winner will be  drawn on the last day of each month, from the list of customers who have  purchased a Superchips product in that quarter as a result of having been referred  to Superchips Limited via our website ‘Recommend a Friend’ competition. The  promotion is not open to employees of, and contractors engaged by,  Superchips Limited.

- The promotion will  run every month commencing in January 2009 until Superchips Limited gives  notice otherwise.

- The  prize will be two tickets including hospitality, to attend a round of the  Volkswagen Racing Cup (dates to be confirmed). Notification will be sent to the  winner within ten days of the draw. No cash alternative is offered.

- By entering the draw,  in terms of disclosing name and location only, the winner agrees to partake in  publicity internal to Superchips Limited relating to the promotion, and accepts  these Terms and Conditions and their interpretation under English law.

- Personal  details provided to Superchips Limited through this web site will only be used  in accordance with our privacy policy. By providing your personal details to us  you are consenting to its use in accordance with our privacy policy. Read Privacy Policy. Please note that by entering your friend’s details, the same terms apply to them and therefore advise you to only enter their details with their consent.

- Entering  your vehicle registration in Step 2 will allow Superchips Limited to verify  that your vehicle has been optimised, and accordingly, you will be eligible to  enter the Prize Draw.
