Superchips is a trading name of Socialicity Group Ltd (registered in England & Wales 08064992), who will act as a ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data provided to us.
Superchips requires this data inputted above, in order to contact you regarding your query and confirm your consent for doing so.
This consent forms Superchips’ legal basis for processing your personal data.
The data you provide will not be shared with any third party, and will be used only as a basis of contacting you regarding your query.
If you consent for Superchips to send information about any future products we may offer, then we will retain your basic contact details, in order to get in touch with you.
All data processed by Superchips is done within our offices in the UK.
Superchips is conscious to ensure that we respect our clients’ right to be ‘forgotten’, and to this end we aim to keep your data for no longer than necessary. Your information will be removed within six months upon cessation of communication between you and Superchips, unless you request to receive updates on future offers, in which case we shall retain your data for as long as Superchips is providing services, or you withdraw your consent to receive further marketing communications from us.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.
